14 April 2015 community forum on FIS School Superintendent search

Next Tuesday, April 14, at 6:00 pm, the Frankfort Independent Board of Education and the Superintendent Screening Committee will host a community forum on the superintendent search process.  Community members will have the opportunity to offer comments on what they want to see in a new superintendent.  The forum will be in the FHS library on the bottom floor of the high school.

For those of us who live in or own property in the district, there is no other public official who will influence our neighborhoods and property more than the Frankfort superintendent.  We are intertwined with this school system.

So please take a walk to Frankfort High School on Tuesday evening and let the board and screening committee feel the importance of this decision by your presence, whether or not you wish to make remarks.
