The city’s trolley will begin its 40-minute route around downtown Frankfort March 2 2010.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. March 2 at the Clark Center for Kentucky History on Ann Street.

The route covers several miles and will include the streets of Ann, Broadway, Capital Avenue, Mero, Main, Wapping, Washington, St. Clair and Wilkinson Boulevard.

The trolley will run between 10 a.m. and 2:40 p.m.
