SFNA email news

Dear Neighbors,
The South Frankfort Neighborhood Association has a few things happening this next week and we would love to see as many people involved as possible.
Newsletter distribution – Do you have an hour available one night soon to walk a street or two in our neighborhood and deliver the Spring Newsletter? If so, then please contact our very own Bob Bickner.
Quarterly Meeting – Is at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 28 at the South Frankfort Presbyterian Church on Steele and Third Street. Please enter the Fellowship Hall at the Third Street entrance. Some wonderful speakers are lined up, door prizes, and a vote on the Association’s new bylaws will take place. The tentative agenda is attached.
Clean-up Day – Is at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 30 meeting at the Frankfort High School Shelby Street lawn. Bags and gloves will be provided and afterward we are asking participants to bring a pot-luck dish (side dishes, chips, and desert) for our picnic at Dolly Graham Park (around 12 or so). SFNA will provide drinks and hot dogs. If by some chance the young kids are not able to walk around, there will be childcare at the park while the parents participate in the clean-up. A flyer will be attached to an e-mail next week and we are looking for some volunteers to help out at the park. In the meantime feel free to contact Natalie Wilkerson or Katie Carney.
There are some other events happening in or near the South Frankfort area this upcoming week and month that we would like for you to be aware of and participate in if you are able to.
