  • Dr. Houston Barber, the new superintendent for Frankfort Independent Schools.
  • Mr. Mac Yocum, Executive Director of the Frankfort Independent Schools Educational Foundation.
  • Mr. Fred Deaton, President of the Franklin County Humane Society.
  • Election of SFNA Officers

FUNDRAISER FOR BRADLEY CAMIC: BBQ fundraiser Sept. 1 on the front lawn of the State Office Building, 501 High St., from 11:30 a.m. until sellout.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: The Frankfort High School Traditions Center, at W 4th and Steele, is calling for volunteers to assist with its regular scheduled hours. Volunteers are needed Monday – Wednesday from 3pm to 6pm.  Interested persons should contact Cheryl Viel or Joe Johnson at 695-4560 or 696-1135, or find them on Facebook.
