It’s not too early to begin planning decorations for bikes, trikes or stroller for the South Frankfort Neighborhood Association’s third annual Fourth of July parade.

It will start at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 3, on Paul Sawyier Drive.  Staging is at the corner of Paul Sawyier Drive and Fourth Street.

Prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated entries.  An ice cream social in Dolly Graham Park will follow.
