The award is for scholarship, leadership and service in school, church and community in South Frankfort (KY).  One “one-time” flexible amount scholarship will be awarded.  Eligibility rules are:

1. Frankfort High School student living within the boundaries of South Frankfort, as defined by the SFNA bylaws; and
2. Candidates must be an 11^th or 12th grade student in the Frankfort (FIS) Independent School district – scholarship awarded for a junior or senior year of high school (non-renewable – one year only).
3. Can apply or be nominated by any SFNA member.
4. Must have application in by deadline of November 15, 2009.
