The Zoning Update Committee will be meeting on February 9th at 5:30 at city hall to begin discussion again concerning the possibility of amending the boundary of ARB review for properties within the Special Capital District (south Frankfort area). On February 11th, at 5:30 p.m., The Planning Commission will hold its first public hearing for a text amendment ordinance concerning the new historic design guidelines within the Special Historic Zoning district. There will be additional items before this hearing on the agenda. The most current version of the guidelines will be on the city’s website by next Tuesday and a staff report will be available at city hall by February 4th.
