Below is the new language based on staff’s understanding of the last zoning update committee discussion. (this will be inserted as page 46 of the document (last page of chapter 3 – project planning and design review).
We would like to place the entire document for public hearing on the February 11 planning commission meeting if that is acceptable.
Otherwise, we would like to discuss this as well as re-initiating the Special Capital zoning district guideline discussions at our next Zoning Update meeting at 5:30 on February 9th.
